Please note: All images should credit the photographer where applicable (example: sharing on social media) for both personal and commercial use. All images taken by Show Pony Photos are protected and owned by the photographer. Use of any image or work created by Show Pony Photos without purchasing and the correct license is deemed as theft, legal action may be pursued as a result. Images being used for commercial, promotional/marketing, sales/goods services or public purposes must be purchased accordingly on this website. Anyone found to be using and/or sharing an image without permission will be invoiced.

All images and work are owned by Show Pony Photos and are protected under copyright laws.

Please note all images (single or package options) are owned by SPP and will be sold by the photographer for commission on this website and are not owned by the Event or Committee that engaged SPP for services.

Offical Event Social Media pages (where SPP attended their location) are permitted to reshare links posted on the Show Pony Photos Facebook page for the purposes of notifying event participants/attendees of images available for purchase. Images are not to be screenshot or saved and shared/used under any circumstance by event officials or general public, this will be deemed as theft of property and legal action will be pursued along with invoice for images used.
